So...the term "Happy Valley" was around in 1855. Of course, I think they are referring to Salt Lake Valley, not Utah Valley, but the sentiment is the same: a happy, protected, and productive little Mormon town.
I'm really sleepy. I want to go home. I want the semester to be over!
